Insurance:

 

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. You are responsible for verifying your mental health benefits. Please carefully check your coverage by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have outpatient mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How does meeting my deductible influence my mental health coverage?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

  • Is Lauren Thompson an in-network provider for my insurance plan?

 

I am an In-network provider for the following insurance companies:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Healthchoice

  • Globalhealth/MHNET

  • Coventry/First Health

  • Tricare (South Region)

  • Oklahoma Health Network

  • United (UBH, UMR)

  • Aetna & Aetna EAP

 

Private Pay:

If you are uninsured or would prefer your services not be filed with your insurance company, private pay hourly rates are available.

 

Payment:

Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. There is a $35 fee for all returned checks.

 

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

If you fail to attend a scheduled therapy appointment, and have not notified your therapist at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
