Insurance FAQs

I am an in-network provider accepting these insurance plans:

  • BCBS (Except BlueSooner & Medicaid Plans

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance.  You are responsible for verifying your mental health benefits. Please carefully check your coverage by asking the following questions:

 

  • Do I have outpatient mental health benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How does meeting my deductible impact my financial responsibility?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • Is pre-approval or a referral required from my primary care physician?

  • Does my policy cover virtual therapy?

  • Is Lauren Thompson an in-network provider for my insurance plan?

Private Pay

If you are uninsured or would prefer your services not be filed with your insurance company, private pay hourly rates are available.

 

Methods of Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, check and credit/HSA cards are accepted. There is a $35 fee for all returned checks.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required to change or cancel an appointment.
Failure to do so will result in a fee.
